the Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company
|
The highly trained teaching artists of our board of
directors and our repertory company pass on their
training to early career actors by not only conducting
workshops in high school and university acting
classes, but by putting them onstage in our shows and
scenes.
Actors interested in training in Shakespearean acting
may also join our “Scenes Troupe,” which performs
scenes from Shakespeare’s plays at promotional and
community outreach events.
Actors who are current university students may attend
our regular auditions and use roles with the company
as internships with the approval of their university.
We also offer apprentice understudy positions in all of
our mainstage productions, which provide a wonderful
opportunity for student actors to participate in the
rehearsal process.
For more information, contact our Executive Director,
Katherine Mayberry at katherine@pcshakespeare.com
or the PIgeon Creek Office at 616-850-0916.
