PCSC is thrilled to announce our 2016 Wilde Award nominations: Best of the Bard: The Tempest, Katherine Mayberry, director Best Performance – The Bard Scott Lange, The Tempest; Ariel "The Wilde Awards – named in honor of 19th century playwright Oscar Wilde – honors the best productions, performances and technical work produced or presented by professional theaters across the state. Nominations are based on reviews written by EncoreMichigan.com’s team of professional critics.


Character Questions with Mike Dodge
1) Pick three adjectives that describe your (major) character and explain why you chose them. My role is Sir Oliver Surface, uncle of Charles and Joseph Surface, and long-time friend to Sir Peter Teasle. Three adjectives to describe this recently returned gentleman from India after 15 years away: Eccentric Shrewd Playful Eccentric: Sir Oliver has been “in the East” for a decade and a half, has had no direct contact with his family, friends, and social stratum in that time.
