

Love vs Honor
Although Antony and Cleopatra is about their love for one another, the other side of the story for many of the characters lays not in love, but in honor. The play takes place in both Egypt and Rome. Both powerful dominions, but starkly different from one another. Rome prides itself on its military strength, its power and its command. Where as Egypt is enchanting. Instead of brute force, it seems more to entice with its luxury. The Romans, in result of these drastic differences

Where are you from? How did you end up here (or why did you stay)? I was born and raised in Grand Rapids. I love the theatre community GR has to offer and don’t plan to leave for some time, but I do hope to one day travel someplace warmer so long as there are plenty of acting opportunities. Sculpting a Character
I am, primarily, a visual artist. I graduated Olivet College in 2012, majoring in Visual Art K-12 Education. Though I was heavily involved in theatre throughout college, I always showed up to rehearsals with clay under my fingernails and plaster dust in my hair.
